Worlds Shortest Man

Please welcome the world's shortest man. His name is Lin Yih-Chih (in Yü-chih). He lives in Taipei and world's shortest man is according Guinness World Records book. He is 27 inches and not so long time ago was challenged by He Pingping from Inner Mongolia. But he still holds world's shortest man title cuz He Pingping is 28.8 inches.
